About Hearth & Haven
You don't have to have it all figured out, and you don't have to face birth alone. I bring a calm, grounding presence so you and your partner can feel deeply informed, respected, and at ease throughout your journey.

Calm instead of fear
Hearth & Haven grew from personal experiences with pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, and the lasting realization of how profoundly birth support shapes our memories. Your birth space doesn't need someone else telling you what your birth should look like. It needs someone who listens. Whether you're planning a physiologic home birth or welcoming your baby in a hospital, my role is to bring reassurance, comfort, and steady guidance every step of the way.

Supporting you and your partner
Your partner knows you in a way nobody else can, and doula care is designed to strengthen that bond, never replace it. During prenatal visits, we prepare together so your partner feels confident offering comfort measures and emotional support. In the birth room, I work collaboratively with midwives, nurses, and doctors so the people supporting you can work together with your needs at the center.

Support begins before labor
Meaningful doula support is about more than simply having another person in the room during labor. It begins with preparation: understanding birth physiology, clarifying your preferences, building confidence, and making space for the questions that matter to you. When the day comes, my presence brings something familiar into the birth space—a steady person who already knows you, your hopes, and what helps you feel grounded.
